Step by step

Thought I’d show the stages of my latest image step by step. Here’s the base layer…..Image

 

 

Rough in some ruins….

Use my current favourite brush to make a couple of figures wandering in the ruins…..Image

I then switched to an adjustment layer. I LOVE adjustment layers as they’re a totally non-destructive way of creating some really nice effects. This one let me create some great dappled light effects and pick out the shape of the main characters.

A few lighting adjustments and that’s that.Image
